Fairly straightforward, need to pass 5 questions, (over 25, ever worked in a cab, clean driving record, clean criminal record, knowledge of area) I believe those will set you up for interview. Went through interview process, very simple and straight forward. They are looking for customer service centered drivers rather than "business as usual" bad habit ones. It is best if you have no cab experience or it is way, way back.
