      Colloquio

Okay, folks. Here's the run down. The application process was fairly easy in which you submit your resume through 10/10's website. I heard back within 24 hours and was scheduled for an interview the following day. Pretty easy stuff. The following day I went in for an interview and was required to fill out an application. Shortly after, I was called in for an interview where I was questioned about my MVR, accidents I've been involved in, and how many hours I was willing to work. i informed my interviewer that I wanted to work part-time and progressively work towards a full-time schedule....BAD IDEA. Keep in mind that this isn't a job fit for anyone studying or in college. I was told that in order to be successful I'd have to work a total of 50+ hours per week. Following the brief interview I was informed of the leasing charges. Folks, let me tell you something about this. Before you even go in for an interview make sure you've got you living expenses squared away. That's right, make sure you have your groceries for the following couple of weeks, your toilet paper, and your bills squared away because their leasing fees are kind of high. You'll be informed that you have to pay a $200 leasing fee for the first two weeks (leasing fees increase after the 2 week period). I'll let you do the math here. Work 50+ hours to earn a little bread and the rest goes towards that nice little Scion they lend you. That's far too much in my book but then again I'm pretty thrifty. If you agree to the leasing fees then they'll run your record. If your records fine you'll get scheduled for orientation the following week and start! Needless to say I didn't go in. I went home and slept on it. It just wasn't for me. If you've got the bread set aside to lease a vehicle then great. Otherwise, there's no major incentive when you'll be required to work 50+ hours to take home a small fraction of what's left over when you've paid your leasing fees. Bottomline: Easy application process. You'll get a job easily if you've got a decent MVR and Background. But those leasing fees are just too damn high. ESPECIALLY, if you're trying to make a living.

      Domanda 1

Have you received any citations? If so how many? Have you been involved in any accidents? Would you be willing to work long hours?
