The interview takes about 5-10 minutes in person. Pretty average for a part time job in terms of difficulty. You will wait for 10 minutes at a desk while the manager observes your behavior. Then the manager comes over to conduct the interview. First they want to get to know you and your personality to see if you will get along with the people already working there. Then they try to put you in different situations they might come up in the work place. Once the interview is done they will tell you to go home and if you are offered the job they will call you.
