The interview process to take about 5 weeks. I had a total of two interviews, one telephonic and one over the video conference. Most questions were about my background, projects and skill sets. The second interview was comprised of a 45 min presentation and discussion over the video conferencing. The interviewer was a very knowledgeable professional and was very clear about what they were looking for. Though I got through initial screening, I didn't get a job.
