I replied Craigslist posting. I was asked to come for an interview. I had a lesson on the values of the business and how the owner had done things followed by a discussion about a former chef I had worked with and my thoughts. I didn't not want to pile on to the negative review of that persons performance so we must bed on to expectations. The conversation was quite non-specific but friendly. A second interview was scheduled after a couple of emails and the owner felt he needed to let me know the job was either mine or another persons depending on how he felt that day. I should have understood the instability this indicated. I took the job with reservations
