The Management Trainee interview process involves resume screening, behavioral and non-technical interviews, a leadership and cultural fit interview with senior management, and an optional group exercise to assess leadership potential, problem-solving skills, and team collaboration.

I applied through campus, Interview process was to smooth. Firstly a simple aptitude test taken, which follows up the interview process, simple questions asked. Interviewer was too friendly and understanding.
