Super easy interview process, recruiter reached out and kept in contact the entire way through the recruitment process. The interview was not technical and was Behavioural interview, the TPM team is only a year old so they are growing quickly!

I got the interview through referral. First round is to chat with the recruiter. Once I pass the recruiter screen, there were 3 more interviews, and then a final round of bar raiser interview. The interview experience was the best I’ve experienced! The recruiter and HM are both very responsive and very helpful throughout the process. Interviewers are all very nice and personable! The interviewers obviously actually all spent time going through my resume, one of them even reviewed my LinkedIn. To be honest, I probably usually spend like 30 seconds on a resume when I interviewed others, so I was very impressed by the effort they put in for their candidates! I don’t doubt their people first culture for a second based on what I see during the interview process. I feel very well respected and supported. The process itself is also very efficient. Given the levels of my interviewers, all Sr Director and above, it’s amazing that the whole process only took 3 weeks (4 weeks if consider the 1 week delay from my side). The process includes hiring committee review and offer approval!
