I had read all the reviews on Glassdoor about their interviewing process being terrible. But typically I try and take reviews with a grain of salt. However the reviews were right on point. My first round was with a recruiter that reminded me of a big call center. She struggled with knowing how to find documents on her computer, and struggled to know anything about the role, the responsibilities, anything. Honestly the questions she asked could've just been questions in a survey form.
