I applied online and was invited a take a technical assessment with took roughly 3 hours. I then went on to do a phone interview with the recruiter (30mins), a Zoom interview with the managers (1 hour), and then another Zoom interview with the Director (30mins). Eventually, I was ghosted after the interview with the Director - not even a noreply rejection email was sent. I messaged the recruiter for any updates but no response. Meanwhile, the recruiter had made so much promises, during the phone interview, about how he would provide feedback for every stage of the interview process. Somehow, I'm grateful I didn't end up here. If they could comfortably waste a candidate's time and ghost them, I wonder how the employees are actually being treated. I think I dodged a bullet here.

The process took about 7 weeks from the day I applied to the day I got an offer. The team was communicative, kind, and helped me feel prepared for each phase of the interview process.
