They asked thoughtful questions about how I build relationships with hiring managers, handle high-volume pipelines, and navigate ambiguity, which tells you something about what they actually value. It wasn't a box-ticking exercise. The pace of the company comes through even in the interview process. Things move fast and they seem to want people who are genuinely comfortable with that. If you're used to more structured environments, be ready to demonstrate flexibility. Didn't get an offer, but I came away with a good impression of the team and no complaints about how the process was handled. Sometimes it's just not the right fit, and they were professional about it.
