Takes a very long time to get an interview. You have to take a assessment and testing. They phone screen you at first, then they say they will be back with you within a week. It takes much longer than a week for them to get back with you. Then you come in for screening and an interview. The executive that I interviewed with was loud and aggressive. She called the next day and offered me a job, but it still took another week to get me the paperwork for drug and background screen. Two more weeks went by and then they wanted me to start ASAP. The same person was shocked that I did not give notice to my employer when they offered me the job. She was upset that I had to wait two more weeks to come on board.
