I had a phone interview, an in-person multi-part interview that included my grand-boss-to-be, my boss-to-be, and several of the people I would need to work with; after that, there was a phone discussion with a recruiter to confirm our mutual expectations.
Once they reached out to begin the process, they were very good about keeping me up to date and informed at every stage of the process.
