Phone Interview, Made offer but they do not want to pay.. Good if you only want to make 12$ an hour. Otherwise don't waste your time. Their "Atmosphere" they pride themselves on is a bunch of stoners anyways.. Not a place you want to make anything permanent OR temporary really if you have any sort of ambition.
