The final round was unexpectedly informal, requiring me to present the same material again. Upon receiving the offer, however, I discovered two significant issues: the position was actually titled "Business Analyst" rather than "Senior Business Analyst," and the salary offered was lower than initially agreed. After some negotiation, they increased the salary slightly, but it still didn’t match the initial offer. Furthermore, the contract indicated payment per hour as a contractor, contrary to the full-time, salaried position described in the job listing.
