They checked all of my transcripts before interviewing me. We had a short Skype call just to cover some basis. After that I was given a set of problems which I had to solve before moving forward. When I was done with those another Skype call was set up. During the interview they checked my English too, asked me about my schedule/availability and where I see myself in a couple of years. Of course they ask you if you like working with other people/students. After that I was hired with a 3 month probationary period.

A phone call, a screen of your academic credentials which don't apply to people who've been there longer. Double standards and false promises of pay. The job is seasonal and managers are liars who turn out pretend to be benevolent. Low expectations, low quality output from these answers and some autonomy but that's if you can even see the jobs because the explosion in middle managers hides and takes them for themselves.
