I applied online. Received an email for an interview to be scheduled within 2 weeks.Started with 2 tests. First- programming and theory, 2nd -programming. Both written. Immediately after completion of test had a panel interview - 3 people. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming from the receptionist to the people on the panel.
