Colloquio
I was interviewed by CTO, Recruiter and a Lead Tester. Prevoisly I had a 15 minute phone call with the recruiter that actually participated in the interview. I was asked about my expectations of work, my further career goals. I also thoroughly described my previous experience, what I ws responsible for and what I have achieved. There were no technical questions, and only a couple of testing questions that verified how I am good at factoring out the risks and time efficiency. Gladly, there were no questions about definitions and basics, because it seems like a joke when companies see a good candidate for senior\middle positions.

Is there something that can make you stand up and go away right now if you hear about our team? What are your strong 'DONT's?

Colloquio
Had a couple interactions with them over the years, and they've been sending *the same* test task, doesn't matter if you're applying on junior/senior position, which is ridiculous. Beside the task, communication with their HR team always makes me somewhat frustrated - they are way too entitled for their own good. In the end they said 'no' to all my attempts to apply to a position where I was a good fit (skill-based), and instead scheduled an interview only to ask me about my managing skills and QA Lead experience, which I don't have. It's safe to say we all ended up disappointed.
