I applied online and got an email to set up a phone interview the next day. The recruiter I dealt with called 15 minutes late and then rushed through the interview. She gave very short answers to the questions I had and seemed uninterested in conducting the interview.

Standard interview- interview panel is very friendly. Unlike most companies- you will never hear back from them even though they say they will get back to you if they don't choose you. I find this to be unprofessional- as even a courtesy "we have chosen another candidate" email shows that they respect the applicant's time.
