I interviewed with 2 admissions managers. They were both really down to earth. They asked a lot of STAR questions. They also gave me a chance to ask questions. I sent a follow-up email/thank you to them via the HR representative.

Initial phone call after successfully passing written application process. Then into a role play utilising info already provided before the call to enable me to try and deal with a potential customer enquiry, The aim of which was to aim for a first time resolution and attempt to lock in a sale.
