I had a great experience during my initial interview with the HR team, who were professional and approachable. The process felt smooth and encouraging up to that point. However, during the technical assessment, there were unexpected questions on Angular, which was listed as a "bonus" skill in the job description for a .NET Developer role. I anticipated more focus on core .NET technologies and basic frontend (HTML, CSS, vanilla JavaScript). Additionally, scheduling the second interview was a bit difficult, as the available time slots filled quickly, leading to a less-than-ideal interview environment on my end. Overall, the team was transparent and provided feedback, which I appreciate. It’s a good company, but clearer communication on technical expectations and more flexibility in scheduling would enhance the candidate experience.
