The interview processes was long. Like weeks between hearing anything from the phone interview to the in-person interview to being brought on to actually getting in the door. So much so the first time I thought for sure I hadn't gotten the job. The person I did the first in person interview with had the hardest poker face I've ever seen and it was impossible to tell if the answers were good, bad, if they were waiting to hear more or what. I've never had an interview where I had no idea where I stood after it like that. The final in person interview took a few hours and was a round of several people and groups, half of which I don't think I ever ended up working with and I'm still not sure why they were part of the interview process.

Super chill and friendly interview from the lead, Did not feel like a usual interview as the interviewers were very friendly and questions flowed in very smoothly. Was able to talk about personal experience and interviewer was transparent and gave clear answers when was questioned.
