it was not so cool. the process was 3 steps and I had 3 interviews. one was phone screen and other was hr. after the HR interview there was a technical interview and after wards there was a coding challange and after that I had to verify my coding challange

Colloquio
I was working with a recruiter who scheduled a webex interview with a group of 3 individuals. Once we were all connected they explained that there were technical difficulties with their camera and equipment and that they wanted to continue with the interview as is, so they could see me even though I could not see them, just myself on the camera. I asked if they would prefer to have a phone call instead because of this and they insisted that they would like to stay on the call so they could see me. There was a lot of silence in between questions and it was hard to have a conversation with this set up.
