Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite l'università. La procedura ha richiesto 2 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso 3CLogic (Noida) nel mese di lug 2022

The process took about 2 months.
The 1st round was a coding round on Hacker Earth.
The 2nd round was a technical interview of about 1 hour.
The 3rd round was again a technical interview round of about 1.15 hrs.
Then the HR contacted me and told me that I was shortlisted for a final HR interview for salary negotiation. Gave me a verbal confirmation over the phone that I was selected and will be ready to join next week.
A week passes and no response from their side. HR rejected my calls and kept on delaying the offer. I had other offers but had to delay to DOJ for such unethical and unprofessional behavior.
PS:- Keep such a company your last option for career.

Colloquio
HR called me based on my profile at Naukri.
I was interviewed for the role of Backend developer SIP for Noida location, along with C++, Golang. The interview was scheduled for 60 mins.
It went around 1 month which involved one OA , 3 technical rounds following managerial discussions and the salary discussions.
Interviews where of mixed difficulty covering every aspects of computer science.
