Initially went through 3 phone interviews, followed by one full day of face to face interviews in Boca including the CEO and most of senior leadership....total of some 9-10 people. All along the process, I was told “can’t wait to start working with you, you would be a great add to the team,” and on and on. Flash forward 2 weeks later and no word. I then check in with them with a few emails and still nothing. One month goes by and still nada. I then call HR folks and no return message from them. Then call a couple senior team members and also no return call. It’s now 4 months later and they simply never got back to me which I found highly unprofessional. I’m a big boy, just let me know if it didnt work for whatever set of reasons (this all went down pre-COVID). All this was on top of the CEO giving me big speeches about how his business is all about people and caring for his people. If this was any indication of how they treat their people, I will take a pass!! Overall, a very poor interview experience and took a lot of time and energy on my side. Important to be respectful to candidates.
