the process was made of 5 steps: an written test and 4 interviewes with consultants, mamagers and the CEO of the company., with a mix of experience interviews, guestimates and consulting cases

2 Steps : Online tests on different subjects and a personal interview in which they asked me to produce a Business Plan on a Restaurant. It was all pretty clear but I haven't ever done an interview like this so I failed.
