The Interview is conducted in 3 rounds. 1) HR Round - Normal face to face round in which the candidate has to describe about themselves in brief. 2) Technical Round - After the completion of HR round the next round is technical round in which the question is related to test the candidate's patience, skills & IQ. 3) Final Round - The 3rd round is final round in which the salary & joining date will be decided.
