I applied in a job fair. I did a first phone interview (Behavioral Questions) with an O2 manager. after that I did a second phone interview with 2 managers (since I was unavailable for a personal interview)

I applied on their website and received an initial interview soon after. The second interview was one week after the first. Neither required technical knowledge. Received an offer less than a week after my second interview.

First round interview with former O2 engineer at my university. Discussing my experiences and why I wanted to join the 3M community. Next round with director of engineering to understand situations I had been in and more qualitative questions.
