Met them at career fair and got a phone call the next day. It was a 30 min interview that dealt with basic questions ranging from why I wanted to join 3M to what I could contribute. Also, they asked me what I knew about the position. I was even asked how I dealt with a conflict.

The interview consisted of only behavioral based questions. There were no questions directly related to the position. I was interviewed by a panel of three people in my department, two co workers and my supervisor.
The interview process was pretty straight forward with no surprises. Lots of experience based questions and questions to better understand if you would be a good fit at the company.

3 candidates at a time were interviewed. There is a health checkup afterwards.
Mostly just average questions. There was 1 very unusual question regarding personal habits.
So to think of it, lacking common sense.
