It was a very basic on-campus interview. They asked about my research and some behavioral questions following that. It was not for a specific opening. They basically just appended the notes taken during the interview to my profile in their database.
Three rounds of interviews, first round is the manager, second round with senior manager and third round with director. Overall the process is straight forward and focus more on personal experience.

Two weeks from HR to direct manager interview. Typical behavioral to technical questions. Offer relatively low comparing to other companies. Good way to learn about being in a big corporation, then bring that to a smaller company for a huge pay bump
It was a smooth process. The questions were very straightforward and I was able to showcase my experience and make myself marketable for the position. The company was eager to learn about me and genuinely looking for qualified employees
