Não cheguei a receber um feedback concreto do processo apesar de ter participado de 5 entrevistas, portanto a crítica está na falta de visibilidade dos motivos da seleção. Também é duvidoso investir tempo em entrevistas sem ter qualquer informação sobre o pacote de remuneração.

takes a very long time. after submitting my resume it took over a month to result in an interview. so you have to just forget about the whole thing to get your life going on.

The interview with the department head following an online application was relatively easy to schedule and cordial. The interview style was conversational with a number of relevant questions posed concerning the duties and required experience fo rthe role. It also included a good description of the working culture and department goals etc.
