I was asked to provide availability for a phone interview. 5 minutes before the call, they cancelled and ask to reschedule and for my availability. I responded and then never heard back.

Applied online, recruiter scheduled a screening. I joined the meeting for the screening, and immediately received an email asking to reschedule the screening. Insulted but level-headed, I agreed, we rescheduled it, and upon joining the rescheduled meeting, I found nobody in the call. I pity the individual desperate enough to deal with the level of unprofessionalism. Think twice before taking time off work to do an interview for this dumpster fire of a company.
