3 interviews. First is a presentation about yourself and then a few competency questions, second is a presentation again regarding a set task, then competency based interview then you'd move onto meeting directors. Too many stages and tasks for a job paying that wage.

Can't fully remember the questions, but everything I said was either interrupted, or they'd ask something else relating to what I said, it was suppose to be 6 questions that turned into 30+. It felt like an interrogation and I got utterly uncomfortable during the whole process.
