My interview was brief. I spoke to the Vice President of Analytics. He is a nice guy but the interview is not easy. It consists basicaly in probability questions that I had to answer of the top of my head. I´m not the best regarding probability so since the job required an intuitive knowledge of the subject we decided not to go forward with the interview.
It was a phone interview started with company intro, and then he asked some probability questions. There're the technical part, and also ask you to explain it to non-technical people.

30-minute phone call, starting with an introduction of the company and what kind of candidate they are looking for. Then a probability problem, and asked to explain this to a manager or some others who do not know much about probability.

Took few days after submitting resume to the first round interview. The first round interview was about 30 minutes with a VP, first ten minutes he introduced the company and what kind of candidate he is looking for. Then he asked some probability questions.
