Three interviews - one with the CEO, the second with a panel from the rest of the management team. A fast process with a final presentation about my 90 day plan. This was onsite and had an audience comprising of the management team plus others from sales that I would be working with. The decision was made at that meeting and an offer was dispatched by post the next day. I verbally accepted at the final interview and then in writing the following week.
