From the point of first contact by the recruitment company I was ask to an on-line interview the following week. This was a relatively informal meeting with my Line Manager to discuss the role and my experience and to ensure that we both considered my skills and experience to be appropriate for the position. The 2nd interview was a more formal on-site interview with both my Line Manager and his direct report, the Financial Director, where we discussed my previous work history in more detail and how my experience and attitude would benefit the company. The whole process was very quick, having started the new job after only 1 month of being notified of the availability of the position
