Very friendly and reasonable. The Head of Production will ask straight forward questions and work on finding the right spot for you in their team. They all work mostly remotely which is a huge plus and will give you the flexibility you need as long as it is reasonable. As of the day of this writing, the Production team is lovely.

They ask about your experience, what you've been working on, what your intentions are with the company. Pretty standard questions but more than likely over a phone call first to get a grasp of who you are, then a video call for a final interview.
