HR don't understand different between Architect and Admin these guys don't know what skillset they actually want , however I had my first round with a guy from US who is a CoFounder and VP it was a video call and he was sleepy throughout the interview. I don't know wether he had technical knowledge or not but when I was explaining him literally he was sleeping with closed eyes and clearly to be visible on video call. Didn't expect such kind of a behaviour from Co-founder.
