My interview process was really great. Tina was my recruiter and she was so responsive, forthcoming, and a super likable and enjoyable person to work with. Unlike other recruiters, she would pick up the phone and call me as soon as she had an update so I never felt in the dark. As for folks I interviewed with, I met with my would-be manager, a would-be CSM teammate, and the leads of the Midwest and the entire Enterprise CSM org. Everyone was really warm, thoughtful, and intelligent. I was super impressed by the team and felt they really created a space where I could be myself and learn about their products and company culture so I could determine if it was a mutually good fit. Needless to say, when they extended an offer I was thrilled and signed!

HR screen, two front line manager, VP of Customer Success, Presentation. Fairly unprofessional process - feedback wasn't based on what I said in the interview. Worked out for the best, felt as if I was overqualified and I knew more about CS than the hiring manager did.

I interviewed for this position. Unfortunately, I found the experience to be quite unprofessional. The interviewer came across as arrogant and repeatedly interrupted me while I was answering questions, which made it difficult to communicate effectively. While he highlighted that the company culture is supportive and values people, my interview experience did not reflect those values. Overall, I feel that the interview was not a good use of my time.

The interview process was overall very streamlined and I always felt in the loop on next steps. Professionalism all around, and had great conversations with everyone that I met with. Everyone seemed very passionate about the CS world and 6sense in general, and always left me more excited about the opportunity after speaking to them!
