I did not make it past the screening process owing to a mismatch with my experience, which is understandable. That being said, I felt more in the dark than usual owing to the minimal job description that gave very little information about the job or what 6sense was looking for in candidates. I know the job market is bad due to the pandemic and rejections happen, but this really felt like a shot in the dark.
