Applied online, hour long phone interview with Recruiter, in person interview with Market Leader, then a ride along with a current field consultant , then another phone interview with Zone HR Leader. Interviews was basic STAR behavioral format. My final interview with the HR Leader was very unprofessional, as he was over thirty minutes late for our scheduled time and seemed in a hurry to end the call, knew then I probably wasn’t moving forward. Never heard from a company representative since, not even a email denial.
The reason behind my negative interview experience is the interview process seemed entirely too long for this position, as it took 2+ months from start, by that time I had already found another position. Also the company’s lack of respect for my time, ie. being late for the interview and no follow up.
The last thing I will comment on is during the interview process, I was asked by two different interviewers about being a minority and working with Indian men, which was highly inappropriate as it puts a connotation that I wouldn’t be able to effectively perform my job because we are culturally and racially different.

Three interviews, first one from a recruiter and two from market managers of different markets. For field consultant position, an employee must work as a manager of a company store for a year to gain experience
2 phone and 1 in person. Phone interviews lasted an hour. In person an hour as well. Process wasn’t difficult compared to other companies. Dress business for the interview. Each in person is regionalized

I was called for an Over the phone interview. during this time I was Asked basic SMART guided questions. Afterwards I was Asked for a salary base recommendation- based on what I made prior and what I would want. They Followed up with another interview
