You sign the application, wait for someone to call you, you go to the store and have your interview in the managers office, then they call your references. Pretty straight forward process. Then they will put you to work on a 1 month probationary period, standard stuff, where you’ll be cleaning the parking lot, restocking the fridge from the back, and helping customers.
Just 1 interview with manager. It was an in person interview. I was asked customer service related questions. stregnth weakness. How you work underpressure etc. How you learn quickly. What is your availability?
Very short very easy nothing too crazy that you don’t know about. Mainly personal experience questions nothing technical like if you know how to use this or that, only the system to do customer transactions and clocking in and out as well as learning how to use slurpee machines etc.
