I have applied for technical lead position. There was one telephony round and it was cleared after that they called me for F2F round in their Gurgaon Office. But during F2F discussion, Interviewers were Junior resource, were not able to explain problem clearly and even they were not able to speak English properly. They have asked some of designing problems but not able to explain problem statement clearly. When I started to explain them, they were adding new things in between. It seems they faced some real time issue but not able to clearly stated. It seems 7n doesn't have any defined process although treatment given by them was good. So my suggestion to candidate just make sure before attending interview that right interviewers should be there to hire right candidate. Advice to 7n management, when technical panel want to discuss any designing issue, it should be on printed paper and should be clearly stated so that candidate can understand properly and explain the solution in proper way.
