1st round - casual chat with HR 2nd round - online multiple-choice test 3rd round - huge technical test 4th round - the hiring manager The first round was a 25 min chat with HR. She was really friendly. The second round was a test that was reasonable. It took 1-2 hours. The 3rd round was a massive take-home test that took 5+ hours. I refused to spend anymore than 3 hrs on part 1 and I didn't finish all of it and that automatically disqualified me from the role. Why not just reject me at part 1 instead of making me do part 2 as well. The recruiter told me that none of the candidates that he presented to them have passed this test. I spent 6+ hours doing tests for this company. The 3rd test was a huge test, taking 3+ hours. Do you have no respect for people's time? People have lives outside of work. I would question if this company's development team has a good work-life balance.
