Smooth, not pressured or strongarmed, interviewer made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, she was very welcoming. Good questions asked about my personality, experience, what I would like to contribute to company. Explained expectations and answered all my questions. I did not feel pressured at all and after interview was concluded (with female owner of company), I was offered a position then and there on the spot. I officially started working within 1 week from that date. After a 3 month "trial" or probation since I was referred and hired through a temp agency, I was officially hired directly by the company as an official employee. Bi-weekly pay, benefits such as health and dental kicked in after 3 months from official start date with company. Was able to immediately start earning commissions which was a definite plus. Does take effort on your behalf to build your sales pipeline, and this can take weeks and a few months to get "rolling", tho each account you sell ir manage helps ensure future success at the company.
