An initial phone interview followed by an on-site panel interview and a 3rd round which included a presentation. Usual background checks, medical and cognitive test. Everything was done within 2-3 weeks. Got the first call a day after the phone interview and the job offer a day after the last presentation. The group interview and presentation did include senior leadership members, so do come prepared.
