The interview was an in-person interview at their office. There are two interview rounds. The questions were simple and related to basic concepts related to finance and business analysis. The conversation was not too formal or rigid.

No sense of professionalism and discipline. Absolutely no regard for the applicant's time and effort. Mismanagement and bad time management. Scheduled an interview but they didn't attend it. No feedback whatsoever.
