Phone interview with recruiter, followed by multiple onsite interviews.
The recruiter only responded to my questions when she needed to schedule the next round, so I was left going into interviews without correct information on who I would be interviewing with. I know there are many ways to find information online, but the recruiter should (at a minimum) be providing first name, last name, and job title of each person on the interview schedule. The recruiter did not provide this on multiple occasions, so I reached out to the manager directly.
Perhaps due to turnover in several departments, I did not meet with anyone from HR. Being that I was onsite multiple times, I thought at some point the recruiter or someone else from HR would be involved, but that didn't happen.
