It was with a hiring recruiter for another firm. The recruiter had my resume in hand and referred to it multiple times during the interview. She went over the base pay which was significantly lower than what was posted on indeed but made it clear that with bonuses I could reach what was initially stated. Working in an assistant living community, I already was familiar with a Place for Mom and think it was always a great company to get warm leads from.
