      Colloquio

Interviews seemingly went well. Called me for first interview when they heard I was coming to Orlando for an interview with another marketing company. They liked me and scheduled me for second round interview to be conducted on site at Sams Club (where they peddle food samples to unwanting customers). Apparently I impressed them because they called me back that night and asked me to come in for final interview in the morning, but they wanted my background and credit check first. I dont know if they saw something they didnt like in my credit history (I'm rebuilding it after bad investments) or background (I've got more than my share of speeding tickets when I was young and dumb) or what it was but I called and confirmed the final interview that a.m. before I drove the hour and a half it took to get there. The hiring manager Victoria told me to come on in and she would see me there; she seemed like I should if l wanted the job because it was mine. Upon arriving for 3rd interview she stated that everything was fine and I should stay by my phone. I went home hopeful and excited, and never received a call or email at all from them. I inquired with their HR department because they had been calling and emailing me constantly before and I would like a courtesy message at least. They never had the decency to let me know why they suddenly lost interest and I'm glad the company showed me it's true colors before I started work with them. If they treat their potential management that way then how would they treat their customers? All I can say is thanks for wasting my gas and time people, and good luck on getting a single customer at Sams Club. All you had done was make people mad the whole time I was there as you berated them to try some nasty weight loss tea.

      Domande di colloquio [1]

      Domanda 1

She asked me what I learned after watching her approach person after person who obviously was trying to avoid her.
