I applied then they called me the next day to come in for an interview, the store manager had said that it was her first time interviewing someone for a manager position & she just started the position herself. She asked me to tell her about myself & told me about herself & the position & she basically told me i got the job & I got an email the next day to do an assessment then she called me again to come in for a second interview with another manager.

First you apply online. Then you get a call back to have an in person interview with the hiring manager. They ask the standard interview questions. Why you want to work at the company, etc. Depending on the hiring manager, they then give you an insight on the company and what they have to offer.
